Gaia is a 10 story mixed use building in downtown Berkeley. The
building has space for a 10,000 s.f. cultural institution on the
first two floors, 91 residential units as well as two rooftop
offices. Three level parking lifts were utilized to maximize onsite
parking. The building was designed in association with Kirk Peterson
Associates and the Developer was Panoramic Interests. |
