is a 442 unit apartment project located in Fremont, California
and completed in 1999. The community was designed with groups
of four buildings clustered around a landscaped green space. This
concept gives a much larger project a smaller "neighborhood" feel.
Other on-site amenities include a community building, fitness
center, two swimming pools, enclosed garages and ample landscaped
open space. Within walking distance is a large regional park with
baseball and soccer fields, and a lake with wetlands that are
used by migrating Canadian geese. SNK Development Inc. was the
developer of this project. |
