Andalusia
Andalusia was the final phase of an existing project
in Fremont, California consisting of five buildings with eight
units each. The floor plans were redesigned to update and enhance
the units while fitting within the existing building footprints.
Subtle design changes were made to the elevations to reflect the
higher quality product the developer was providing, but still
blending in with the existing surroundings. There are five different
floor plans in each eight unit building ranging in size from 1,102
square feet to 1,713 square feet. Andalusia was completed in 2000;
the developer was Regis Homes of Northern California. |
