Arioso
is an 88 unit mixed use building located on the corner of
Ninth and Franklin Streets in downtown Oakland. A combination
of metal siding, steel balcony rails and brackets in combination
with bold forms and stucco colors to create a corner landmark
for the Chinatown section of Oakland. Arioso is began construction
in Fall 2002. SNK Development Inc. is the Developer.
