a 315 unit residential project located in San Jose, California.
Consisting of two, three and four stories of apartments above
a 167,000+ square foot parking garage. On the podium level are
several different large landscaped areas that allow for varied
uses of the spaces within a single residential neighborhood. Avignon
was completed in 2004. Avignon was developed by SSR Reality Advisers
in conjunction with BayRock Residential located in Emeryville,
