South Broadway is a seven story, 105 home luxury condominium project
located on 2.30 acres in Millbrae, California. This project was
designed from conception with careful attention given to the Chinese
geomantic practice of feng shui to harmonize with the spiritual
forces that inhabit the building and the surrounding site. 88
South Broadway incorporates such amenities as direct access elevators,
assigned covered parking, granite counter tops, hardwood and tile
floors, and private landscaped courtyards featuring fountains
and lush landscaping. The architecture borrows from the vernacular
of California's Mission style with tile roofs, heavy wood trellises,
stone accents and stucco siding. The floor plans range in size
from 1,316 square feet to 1,987 square feet, all with generous
terraces to take advantage of the magnificent views of the Bay
and surrounding hills. 88 South Broadway is scheduled to begin
construction in the summer of 2003 and is being developed by Glenborough-Pauls
in Redwood City, California.
