Alfredo Yniguez joined HDO bringing with him an extensive array of residential, commercial, mixed-use, recreational, and educational projects. The breadth of his experience includes Live-Work Lofts in San Francisco, a Senior Assisted Living Residence in Turlock, Extended Stay America Hotels, the Valley Montessori School in Livermore, and restaurants in the Bay Area. He played a significant role in securing involvement in the design of Single Family homes, Townhomes, and Condominiums for a Golf Course Resort development in the Philippines. Serving as project manager at HDO, he is responsible for the coordination of projects from production through construction administration. Alfredo earned his degree in Architecture at the University of the Philippines and successfully attained his architect's license in that country.
