Keeble Avenue is a 20 unit townhome project located in a mixed
use neighborhood of San Jose. The adjacent neighbors includes
single family homes and commercial facilities. In response to
this context, the individual townhomes are combined into buildings
that create the impression of large single family homes. Diversity
in appearance and the use of materials varying from wood shingles
to stucco are utilized to add character. The floor plans range
from 1,450 square feet to just under 1,700 square feet. This project
was completed in Fall 2002. The Developer was Regis Homes of Northern
