Riviera is a 27 unit project adjacent to the BART station in downtown
Walnut Creek. With creative planning and by utilizing two level
parking lifts we were able to provide much needed housing on a
site that had been vacant for ten years. The Developer was Appian
Homes. This project is currently in working drawings. |
