Vern Mercado brings to HDO twenty years of diversified Architectural experience including residential, retail, interior tenant improvements, and K-12 school renovation projects. His projects have included the renovation of San Francisco's Rincon Center and Ice House, Oakland's Rotunda Building, and he has designed and administered the construction for the Gap, Inc. stores nationally. Vern's responsibilities include contributing his graphic skills in the preparation of design presentation drawings for public hearings. Vern's artwork has been published in both national and local publications. Vern holds a Bachelor of Design Degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Web Design from Diablo Valley College.
